‘Drishyam: The Conclusion’ Director Abhishek Pathak Says Ajay Devgn’s Vijay Salgaonkar Turns Darker, as Franchise Continues Global Journey (EXCLUSIVE)

The "Drishyam" franchise's journey to a global audience is a significant development in the Indian film industry, and its impact on the music scene is worth noting. With the third installment, "Drishyam: The Conclusion," director Abhishek Pathak hints at a darker tone for Ajay Devgn's character, Vijay Salgaonkar, which could lead to a shift in the film's musical narrative. The music in the "Drishyam" series has been an integral part of its success, with memorable scores that have complemented the tense, thriller-like atmosphere of the films.

The fact that Pathak describes this chapter as the character's darkest yet implies that the music may take on a more ominous, intense quality, potentially incorporating new sounds or styles to reflect Vijay's evolving persona. Given the franchise's growing global presence, it's likely that the music will be crafted with an international audience in mind, possibly incorporating more universal themes or collaborating with artists from diverse backgrounds. This could not only elevate the franchise's music but also contribute to its crossover appeal.

As the "Drishyam" franchise continues its global journey, it's essential to watch how the music evolves in response to the changing narrative and audience expectations. With the film's release, fans and critics will be paying close attention to the soundtrack, analyzing how it compares to previous installments and whether it successfully complements the darker tone of the third chapter. The involvement of music streaming platforms and the potential for international collaborations will also be key areas to monitor, as they could significantly impact the franchise's music and overall success.
